9) Free training for spouses of course participants that are to be posted to China

Inasmuch as experience has shown that the failure to provide cross-cultural training for the spouses of personnel that are slated for posting to China can contribute to (a) the failure to achieve the target goals for the China mission; or (b) the staff member returning home earlier than planned, spouses of course participants that are slated for posting to China can attend the training sessions free of charge. Please note that this does not apply to open seminars.

10) Cross-cultural training courses in China

If desired, training can be provided in China instead of (or in addition to) Germany. A surcharge will apply.
